Our digitizing personnel are highly skilled and exceptionally innovative, excelling in creativity. Each new logo is approved in person, by courier with a sample sew-out, or with a scanned image sent by email. This approval process ensures that your logo is always reproduced at the highest quality.

i.d. apparel is one of the largest, most up-to-date embroidery facilities in Western Canada, utilizing the latest in technology, with Tajima machines and 73 stitching heads.

Experienced and specialized staff carefully place and position each logo, and monitor the embroidery process to maintain exceptional quality.

Embroidery enhancement is a quality control checkpoint. Staff pay great attention to detail, ensuring every order is shipped correctly with the right styles, colors, sizes and quantities. All garments are steamed, folded and packaged individually with sizing labels.

No order is too large or too small at i.d. apparel. Every order is professionally handled with care and respect, and satisfaction is guaranteed.

Embroidery is a popular method of embellishing headwear. With our custom overseas program, all headwear is embroidered prior to assembly, allowing for production of a first class finished cap.

Virtual samples, pre-production samples and email photographs are available for approval with each new order. The minimum order is 288 caps.

Our Digital Imprinting department specializes in stylizing custom designs for our clients. The imagination of our experienced staff can help customers express their uniqueness.

Digital imprinting uses ink jet technology that prints in high quality color directly from a computer. This process delivers a great print and still remains cost-effective for short-run graphics applications.

The digital imprinter offers a great alternative to embroidery. Some logos do not lend themselves well to stitiching, but digital imprinting can match the detail or complexity of any logo.

All orders are tracked from the date they are placed and are double-checked for accuracy before shipping. Strong supplier relationships enable us to provide reliable shipping dates.

Vector artwork is preferred. Fully vectorized files should be created in Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw and saved as an Illustrator file or an EPS file. We also provide vector art at minimal cost.
